first ever christmas cake, second ever christmas puddings... matured this one for a month...not sure it needed any extra brandy but it got some anyway.
used the same recipe as the wedding cake, very dense and packed with fruit and stem ginger...the house smelt exceedingly christmassy...in november.

added some of my granny's old cake decorations for some extra festive joy

 not a great shot of the inside but was too busy thinking about eating it!
