a car fashioned from chocolate brownies, held together by a slathering of nutella...on a rocky road, er, road!
created in farewell and best wishes for my friend off to study automotive design!

carrot cake...for mexican night

carrot cake with lemony cream cheese frosting made for the mexican feast with Gus!
got carried away and grated faaaaar too much carrot, but chucked it in anyway...quite a dense cake in result but a tasty new carrot bread pudding mix up was discovered!
went well with the margaritas and cochinita pibil!
